If you have employees who :


Are not already in a qualifying workplace pension scheme

Are at least 22 years old

Are below state pension age

Earn more than £10,000 a year

Work in the UK



Then you will need to set up an Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme.


The Pensions Regulator will soon be advising you of your staging date.  By this date you will be required to have a fully functioning, compliant scheme.
